"I assumed that the main is always close and only to find out that it is open and can leave your luggage at your own risk. My husband and I arrived early and we were having hard time to locate a luggage storage in the area. "

"We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."

"What a stunning place to stay. The apartment we stayed in was amazing and huge for a family. Multiple rooms, fully equiped. The hosts had excellent communication and check in was a breeze. Parked car nearby in safe undercover garage. Walking distance to shops cafes bars and grocery stores. Driving to grinderwald and lauterbrunnen so close- 20 min. The views from our windows were something from a postcard. We wish we had more time to stay longer. Can’t wait to come back! "

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. "We had such an amazing time at the Chalet. It was perfect for our family of 4. Even had a parking spot for our car. Location is very ideal to Interlaken and other surrounding areas. View was so beautiful to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Management was very responsive to all our questions and requests. "
