"The room was not worth the price and the name of Hilton very old very small shower and bathroom. They charge forThe parking lot very expensive. In the same price, I can get different hotel, bigger room with a big shower."

"This hotel looked like a jail. The rooms were disgusting and filthy. The room had a dirty shirt outside our door. The bed was dirty, had cigarette holes on the comforter. The entire room stunk of weed. Every surface was dirty & sticky. We could not even sleep there and they refused to refund us. It was horrible. Please do not stay there unless it’s an emergency and you have no other choice."

"The property is beautiful clean, but hard to find. It took me 2 1/2 hours to find this hotel. My GPS went crazy taking me around and around I was in tears. Best Western Newark should consider putting up a big sign so people can see it. But the hotel is beautiful and they have Starbucks coffee which was a plus."

Rust stains in tub, "pediatric toilets" (extremely low), hallway rugs wornout, dirty. Pool was "cloudy." No Security walking at night in the rear of parking lot where our cars were parked ."

"Great location just outside of NYC. Plenty of parking for travelers. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was quite delicious with a variety of options. The hotel was near the main attraction, American Dream. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to American Dream!"

"Flooring in room is in dire need of being replaced (chipped laminate, and lifting). Shower head sucks. No internet for half of my stay. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was clean. Room lighting should be improved. Cleaning staff were extremely friendly and polite. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I'd definitely look around first."

"I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"It was better than sleeping in the airport when my flights were cancelled. Some roach spray would be useful (better than having to crush them with my shoes), and the non-smoking room was smelly."
