"DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I absolutely would. My family and I stayed here expecting a basic, clean, and safe place to sleep while we were in town. We weren't looking for luxury or anything extravagant. This "Inn" failed in every possible way. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we felt uncomfortable, frustrated, and genuinely disappointed. Looking back, the 2-star rating should have been a warning. "Very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room was comfortable and the a/c can be set low. Room has microwave, refrigerator and keurig style coffeemaker. The breakfast starts a little late in the weekends - 7 am."

"Asked the guy at the desk for a pack and play for my little, I got the paperwork signed everything and went upstairs. My husband put it up and realized it was all completely broken and our son couldn’t sleep in that. He took it back and explained what was wrong with it and said it was not safe for any child to sleep in and the guy said that it was all they had at the moment and he had other things to do so my husband would have to wait. Definitely not the experience we wanted to deal with."

"The hotel room was not like the pictures and described. With the suite we reserved, we expected a separate room for the king which is not available, which I paid extra for. Also we were charged an additional $5.00 because of the company who owns the hotel(IGA) calls it a destination fee. The room was clean and pool was nice. Left too early to try breakfast."

"This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference."

"The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) "Great location, right on Centennial trail with lovely river views. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. 2 miles from downtown beaches and Sherman St. The buffet breakfast was nice and the gym and pool were fabulous."

"The layout of the building is a little weird. Our room was located near the corner of an L, from our room we could see directly into the other rooms and vice versa unless we had our blinds closed. The breakfast was only ok. I wish there was a waffle maker, they ran out of food, plates and bowls 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. "I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years but I have to say that the room I had had a cleanliness I don't thing I have ever had before. Everything was well maintained so that I wondered if it had been remodeled recently. The breakfast wasn't what you would get at a restaurant but it was hot and satisfying with eggs, sausage, waffles you make your self plus cereal, fruit toast or bagel orange juice and so on.
