"This was our second time staying at SpringHill Suites over the July 4th weekend, and once again, we had a great experience. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was well organized, and they provided everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were clean, private, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the friendly, welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!"

"Do not recommend. Upon arrival we were checked into room 103. We opened the door And all of a sudden we were overwhelmed with a strong cat urine smell. We went to the front desk to ask to be moved, but unfortunately, they could not accommodate us. We ended up leaving. The area was unsafe for our liking. Unfortunately, we were not refunded for the booking."

"The property looked like it needs an update. The room itself presented clean but we heard every noise the entire floor of kids running and screaming all night."

"The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo."

"The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) "Last minute booking here for us- it is a home in a residential area that has been converted into a “ hostel” type accommodation. There is a restaurant downstairs and it is very close to downtown so the location was great. The property manager was helpful and kind. The only negative thing about the property is I would assume because the building was built in 1908 the plumbing is old so there is an odd sewage smell that comes and goes.
