"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

"Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! "It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin and amenities were perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The layout is cool and the views of the lake were perfect. We could see the fireworks through the trees. Location is close to town but just far enough away that it's not convenient to walk anywhere which was a bummer for us."

"The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again."

"Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 90s themed house. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was ample space for all. Two separate living areas which made it nice for privacy traveling with two families. The house was so clean and had everything needed for a long weekend stay. Short drive to the lake making it so convenient to tote kids and things back and forth as we needed. David is an awesome host. Always responded right away and was so kind, even sending local recommendations. 10...

"This house was perfect to get together with family and adult children. We had a great time.There were two kitchens and 6 bedrooms plus 3 living rooms. Plenty of space for everyone."

"We love this place. great yard, great dock, has a hottub and great floor plan. We fish from the dock. We boat the river surf in the lake. We enjoy sunset boat rides. Playing cards in the dining room or sit by the fire at night. Happy Place! "

"House is as described with all the amenities needed. In a neighborhood with fairly quiet streets and family homes. Back yard is great for dogs, private/fenced, large. Very short drive (few minutes) to all the spots to visit in and around town. Easy communication w/ host. "

"We loved our stay at this camper! The host had it stocked up with everything we needed from pots and pans in the kitchen to hygiene amenities in the bathroom. It’s on a secluded little island with a private community with two private beaches. Everyone was very welcoming on island and we had a blast! We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!"

"The property was perfect! Hannah was amazing and so accommodating. Everything we could have asked for was provided and then some. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, BBQ area. The pictures don't begin to do it justice. I've rented many places over the years and this one tops them all."

"This house was so lovely! We were there for the 4th of July so we had a beautiful view of the whole town! It was a bit of a heat wave during our stay too and even though the downstairs stays much cooler than upstairs it was very comfortable. The kids loved the games downstairs and the drive disconnects you but not too far to make a quick drive to the beach or town. Lots of beautiful sunsets! "
