Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property. Management is not even trying to keep the rooms clean, repaired, or updated.
This is an old hotel. All 3 lampshades have yellowed from cigarette smoke and are cracked. There is also pubic hairs on the lamp shades and one of the nightstands. There are fluids that have dried to the nightstand and bathroom sink. There is toothpaste spray on the faucet. There are tiles broken in several locations around the hot tub. The light fixture in the hot tub area is broken, and only one side has a light bulb. All mirrored surfaces including thr TV screen are smeared and need to be cleaned with a glass cleaner. The carbet has not been vacuumed the best I can tell because it is stained as well. The provided landline phone is missing emergency contact info, and is not even hooked up with a cord.
Overall, the entire room is not hygienic and could be considered a health hazard. I have not moved furniture, nor used an ultraviolet light to discover what else is lurking in this room. I have photos of all the above.
Wyndham should consider having QA/QC visit their managed and franchised properties to ensure quality products for their customers and shareholders.
To potential customers, avoid this property.
