Beautiful location. Extremely well maintained and clean. We loved the yard outside and the hot tub was perfect for chilly weather. Excellent communication. The photos are great but in person is even better!

This was our second day at Alder cottage, and we came back for a reason! It’s away from everything, beautiful views, we love to hear the sea lions barking, and the waves crashing. It’s a great homebase, and we went up to Oregon and then also around Redwood Park and so many beaches! On this trip we went to Gold Bluffs beach and were nearly the only people there. A perfect get-away. Customer service is also immediately available and responsive. We did not use the hot tub, but appreciate the fantastic and well appointed kitchen. (My hubby is a great cook!)

This is the first VRBO stay that I felt the place was even Nicer than the pictures posted online. The cottage was Wonderful. There was an ocean view, hot tub, and all the amenities I needed to make breakfasts in the morning. The cottage was super clean and very nicely decorated. Comfortable king bed.It was close to everything I wanted to do and see in the area.

This is the most perfect romantic getaway for two. It does list if for more guests, but it is really comfy for the romantic getaway. The house was so clean and all the cookware was quite useable and not looking like it was sourced from an over picked Goodwill. The hot tub was clean and the filters looked rather new and well rinsed. The views are gorgeous and the pics do not do it enough justice. I was so impressed with the listing that I booked it for next year.

Well-equipped cottage

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties. This was one of the best. We enjoyed the proximity to the various redwoods parks, grocery and eateries, as well as some lovely beaches. The kitchen was the best-equipped, neatest we've encountered. The place was just the right size for two, and the ability to walk down and sit looking at the ocean was a bonus. A positively sumptuous bed was only slightly offset by the fact the couch is not very comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, so I can't speak to that.

Cute seaside cottage. I enjoyed watching the seals in the morning and the hot tub after a long day of hiking.The little village down the street had grocery, gas station, cute restaurants and beautiful views. The stay was very peaceful.
