"I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered ants all over both of the full beds. It was extremely unsettling and clearly indicated a lack of proper cleanliness and maintenance. "Rooms were clean, halls were clean and quite. Stay was comfortable. Unfortunately 2 days without pool access for what we were told was a poop in the pool really did not sit well with entertaining 4 young children at the end of our short stay. The indoor pool was a deciding factor in my booking and they went in 1 time. Also the mulch outside caught fire at one point one day, and the following morning there was fire alarms ringing at nearly 9:30 in the morning. Some wake up call. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had an issue with our fridge, and they immediately sent someone out to fix and then replace the unit in our room. Such a wonderful stay."

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was spot on. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink. The drainage was clogged, so the the water went down very slow. The faucet was placed too far back on the sink, which made it very awkward to wash your hands properly. Will definitely come back."

"Great staff - very friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Pool and gym were a huge plus. Room was large and comfortable. Across the street from sesame place, couldn’t beat the location. They also had coloring at breakfast for the kids and afternoon cookies, which were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again "
