Just a few meters away, there is a meadow as a part of the resort, where, depending on the season, you can pick local organic fruit. There is also a tiny garden with high beds, where you can pluck fresh homegrown tomatoes, peppers, parsley and some other spices.

The Otočec Castle, situated on an island in the Krka River, provides a glimpse into Slovenia\'s rich history in just a 20-minute drive. In about an hour’s drive, guests can visit the Kozjansko Regional Park, renowned for its hiking paths and pristine natural surroundings. Meanwhile, families seeking adventure can make their way to the Olimje Adventure Park, reachable in 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

For day trips, guests can plan a visit to Ljubljana, Slovenia\'s captivating capital at a 40-minute car ride from the holiday rental. Maribor, a city celebrated for its wine culture, is approximately 2 hours away. For your convenience, the nearest supermarkets and restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive from the apartment.
