Spacious studio apartment, less than 5 minutes from the beaches of the "Pink Granite Coast"

A stone's throw from the beach, you can rest in a quiet street, in this large independent studio, on the first floor of an old house. The accommodations are very close to the market square and shops (bakeries, grocery store, decoration, café, restaurants).
The large, bright room is equipped with a table with 4 chairs, a wardrobe and a sideboard, and 2 new and very good quality beds: a 140X190 bed and a 140X190 Bultex sofa bed. The beds will be made on arrival. The large windows have electric shutters.
The kitchen is equipped and very recent, separate from the living room. The toilet is separate from the shower room. In the latter, you will find a sink and a shower, there are 3 steps to access the shower. Towels are provided.
You have a small secure outdoor area (courtyard) to store your bikes or beach equipment; you can also dry your laundry.
