Room was clean, decorated thoughtfully and check in was easy and it was centrally located to lots of great shops, taprooms, restaurants and a historic tour service. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. 😃

A very unique stay at the grand traverse commons! We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby cafes, wineries & dinners. Studio loft was clean and well maintained.

The loft was exactly as pictured and described. It was such a wonderful stay. We were celebrating a birthday and the host left birthday decorations as an extra personal touch. It was such a good experience!

My wife and I booked this loft last minute and bottom line so glad we acted on it. Very very cute and clean. The area is a 10/10 - not in the center of all the congestion but close to everything. Very walkable. Only issue I had was the check in, as the info was sent to my email but I don't get emails on my phone.

Host was very helpful and welcoming, access was seamless, we love the location! The unit has character because it's in an old building with a lot of history. We loved being able to walk our dog inside the Commons in the cold winter, which the door was 50 feet away. The Commons has food, shopping, drinks, etc right there.

My host Jen, answered my emails very quickly. Everything was clean, organized, and very welcoming when we arrived. The loft was super cool and had a ton of character. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.I would also consider booking it again in the future!

Great little loft perfect for our Cherry Festival visit. Beautiful brick and wood throughout. Big enough to fit us and small enough so it fit our budget, too! Our son is in one of the marching bands that were in the parades, we will look for this property again if the band comes back!! Parking is the only complaint, the property is located amongst many shops and restaurants, it is hard to find a close spot if you have many things to carry in. There were also signs saying no overnight parking so we parked further away when we were in for the night. Other than that, it truly is a great place—we had a lot of fun! Thank you!!

Studio apartment was super cute. We did not know it was in the old State Hospital when we booked. Still would have booked for that experience alone, since we had toured that in 2022 but didn’t know you could sleep there! Great New Years Eve experience! Would recommend and book again!
