★ Welcome to Serenity Shores! Whole house central AC was installed in July 2025. Your lakeside escape awaits! Step outside to your private swimming beach on bass Lake where you can paddle out in kayaks, fish from shore, or simply unwind by the water’s edge.

☆ Room for Everyone! This 5-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably sleeps large groups and families. Enjoy the convenience of a main-floor bedroom and four additional bedrooms upstairs, all thoughtfully furnished for comfort.

★ Relax, Unplug, and Reconnect! Soak in the 5-person hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or kick back on the spacious deck. Whether it’s BBQs on the grill or stargazing on the patio, you’ll find plenty of space to make memories.

☆ Outdoor Adventures Start Here! With three kayaks, a canoe, and life jackets provided, Bass Lake is your personal playground. Enjoy morning paddles, afternoon swims, or scenic hikes around the area—all without leaving your backyard.

★ Comfort Meets Convenience! The open-concept main floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and cozy family room perfect for group gatherings. Laundry facilities, Central AC, and parking for 4–6 cars add to the ease of your stay.

“Serenity Shores” is a tranquil two-story lakefront home nestled along the peaceful shores of Bass Lake, ideal for relaxing getaways or fun-filled family vacations. The first floor includes the main living area, kitchen, dining, bathroom and one bedroom, while the second floor offers four additional bedrooms and another bathroom—plenty of room to spread out and settle in.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This home features four spacious bedrooms on the upstairs level and one on the main floor, comfortably accommodating families or groups.

The main-level primary bedroom includes a cozy Queen bed. Upstairs, the second bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer a Queen-sized bed. The fifth upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with both a Queen bed and a Full bed.

Traveling with little ones? You’ll find a Pack ‘n’ Play crib and highchair available for your use. With five full bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, Serenity Shores comfortably hosts up to 10 adults and an infant—an ideal lakeside retreat for family vacations or group getaways.

The home features two full bathrooms! One on the main level with a walk-in shower and one upstairs with a shower/tub combo. Both are stocked with essential toiletries and plush towels to help you feel right at home.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The fully equipped kitchen on the main level has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and tea kettle. We also provide children’s dinnerware, utensils, and a highchair for young families.

Enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table, or take in the lake views while dining outside on the deck. A BBQ grill is also available for cookouts and casual outdoor gatherings.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM☆☆
The main floor’s open layout blends kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating the perfect environment for connection and conversation. The cozy living room has plush furnishings, a fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Hulu and other apps for your own logins. Large windows and sliding doors bring in natural light and lake views, and the comfortable seating is ideal for lounging, reading, or watching a movie. We also supply a variety of children’s toys and books.

Hot Tub Access: The hot tub is available for guest use—please enjoy it responsibly and at your own risk. All posted rules must be followed at all times. Failure to follow hot tub guidelines that results in misuse requiring draining, cleaning, and refilling will incur a $325 service fee.

☆☆ EXTRA AMENITIES ☆☆
This home includes central air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the season. The dedicated laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer, along with an iron and all the essentials to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for remote work, streaming, or staying connected. The driveway provides parking for up to 6 vehicles, making arrival and departure easy for larger groups.

Please note: The attached garage is not available for guest use at this time.

Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood, so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group***

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $100.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: This property currently does not allow pets

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

The house was a great escape for a mother daughter’s weekend for 3 families. The view is beautiful and the house was comfortable, in a convenient location to access wineries, shopping and the things that Traverse City has to offer.

Great place! Close enough to city, far enough away to feel that true get away experience. The lake is beautiful, all amenities we needed were included, the house is perfect for family gatherings. It was a wonderful way for us to spend Thanksgiving!
