Welcome to your relaxing getaway in the heart of Traverse City. This thoughtfully updated apartment sits at the front of our three‑unit building and features a private entrance, paved walkway, and a cozy front porch exclusively for your use. Inside, you’ll find full air conditioning and Roku‑equipped TVs—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Outdoor Amenities
Guests enjoy access to our charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table, shared with the two other apartments. On‑site parking is plentiful and easily accessed through the alley behind the home.

Close to Beaches, Trails & Outdoor Adventures
Our location is ideal for travelers who love the outdoors. Within approximately one mile, you can visit Bryant Park Beach, Senior Center Beach, Sunset Beach, and Clinch Park Beach. The TART Trail offers miles of biking and walking paths connecting you to shops, restaurants, parks, and the waterfront. Explore the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy’s beautiful hiking trails, rent kayaks or paddleboards on Grand Traverse Bay, or try a SUP yoga class. For scenic outings, visit the lighthouses on either peninsula, take a day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes, enjoy a nostalgic night at the Cherry Bowl Drive‑In, or catch a game with the Traverse City Pit Spitters.

Perfect place to stay in every way! Extremely clean, comfortable beds/seating. We had everything we needed, plus conveniently located. This is the perfect place to stay!!! Stacey thought of everything and there were such nice little touches throughout the unit (including a plate of cookies :) There were make-up wipes in the bathroom and plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was as described or even better. We loved the character and the details of the house. This place was spotless and super clean. There were very detailed instructions on how everything works and on the directions for check-out!!!Communications were so quick and easy. I honestly do not have a single thing I can complain about - it was really perfect.I highly recommend and I know I will stay here again!!!!!

Amazing place!

This place was perfect! It was super clean easy to get into super cozy. It was a five minute walk from Starbucks, which was really nice as well. My parents enjoyed it and they’re pretty picky! Am going to recommend to all my family!

A perfect stay in Traverse City

I would give this property more stars if possible. The communication with the host was top notch. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The space was clean, safe and adorable. The unit is very well appointed with all you might need. We definitely recommend!
