The Space:
Main Floor- Living room with fireplace, dining area, full kitchen with bar and island, dedicated work area and a half bathroom. Also features a small patio with a small propane grill.
Upstairs: The primary bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom with a large stand up shower, and large closet. The guest room has a King Bed and full bathroom with a shower and bathtub attached. Laundry station is located on the 2nd floor.
Basement - two car garage with access to the main level for easy loading and unloading luggage.
This town home is 1,516 square feet.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to an attached garage. Access to the garage can be a tight turn, and some guests have found it difficult to navigate a larger vehicle into it.

The Neighborhood:
State Street is a main east/west corridor through downtown Traverse City, and you'll be right there. If you walk south on Boardman Ave, you hit 8th Street and a newly developed area of town called NOBO (North of Boardman Lake) Breweries, shops, TC Public Library, bike shops with rentals are this way, too.

Other Things to Note:
Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
