  • Casa victoriana de 1896, completamente remodelada para la comodidad de hoy, pero el encanto histórico permanece. Bonito jardín delantero para que los niños jueguen o pasen tardes relajantes con una copa de vino junto a la fogata (gas). Ubicación central a pocas cuadras a pie o en bicicleta de las playas de West Bay, el centro de Traverse City, TART Trail, el parque para perros y los terrenos del Historic State Hospital. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de West Side Beverage, conocido por su amplia selección, Slab Town Burgers e Impres Salon & Spa. La casa de dos pisos cuenta con una gran cocina, equipada con todas las herramientas que pueda necesitar, incluida una parrilla de gas en la cubierta. Las tres habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana montados en la pared con camas cómodas (cama queen, queen, litera con una cama completa debajo, doble en la parte superior más un nido doble extraíble). Enjoyed staying at this home, was setup great for our time in the area for our family! Host was wonderful to communicate with, especially when we had a very last minute need! Would be happy to stay there again!

This is a charming, cozy little place in a great location. The house was well maintained and felt like it was still getting some love from the owners/managers (which is not always the case on some properties we have stayed at). The location is also a big plus, with an excellent burger place, brewery, and well-provisioned beverage storepizza/sandwich counter all within a few hundred feet. This place is easily within the top quartile of VRBOs we have rented over the past decade or so.

Perfect spot for the four of us! Super clean, wonderfully appointed, great bathrooms, comfortable beds, and ample parking. Highly recommend this home for its perfect location. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and also the front porch. The living room was a very comfortable room for TV viewing and reading. Do not hesitate to rent this home.

The property was probably the nicest that we have ever stayed at. The location was great - centrally located to lots of activities and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything that you ever need for your stay. The owners were great to deal with. I would highly recommend. We will be back.

The house was the perfect size for our family and dog. The kitchen and bathroom were large and modern and the bedrooms were cozy. The location was in a residential neighborhood and not too far to walk to downtown Traverse City as well as some local restaurants and a coffee shop. Our dog loved walking to the lake each morning.

Great location and beautiful, charming family house. We walked to the downtown area and strolled to the lake every evening. The house was well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms), very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the small deck off the back door. Highly recommend. Can easily park four cars for larger parties.

Great place just down the road from downtown and our meeting spot for our wine tour on the peninsula. The House had everything we could’ve needed during our stay
