Summer is around the corner! Don’t miss out on this gem on Arbutus Lake. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on Arbutus Lake. Sleeps 10. One King, One Queen, 2 bunk (4) beds and sofa sleeper, outdoor grill and fire pit, bedding, Wi-Fi included. Use of our rowboat and kayaks or there is a boat launch and docks available for your own boat. Beautiful swimming, fishing and all Sports lake for an enjoyable day of sun and fun. Family friendly location with shared private beach and play area. All located minutes from beautiful downtown Traverse City and all of the peninsula wineries!!

Beds and couches.

Had a great time boating on Arbutus Lake, was nice having a dock to tie our boat on. Couches are pretty dirty and sink way down when you sit on them certainly could use updating. Beds are pretty used, could certainly be updated as well. Over all cabin was great.

Nice cottage!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very peaceful place. The charcoal grill was fun to cook on. The playground was nice if you have kids. The rooms were great! It was a bit hard to find at first through Mapquest and our GPS. Our only real drawback was the table and chairs are close to the gas range. Walking around it, a family member bumped the gas burner knob and the cottage started slowly filling with gas. Beware of that!

Above and beyond!

Very nice place to get away! Everything was as advertised and the host made sure our group had an enjoyable experience. Even went above and beyond by bring down two kayaks for us to use. Thanks for an awesome stay and hospitality.

A wonderful Arbutus Lake vacation

We had a wonderful stay. So many friendly people in the neighborhood. We had one small glitch with the oven breaker and the owner responded to my message within 30 seconds and we had it back working in under two minutes. Nice cottage with all the amenities. Would definitely stay again :)

This is our new favorite place to stay when visiting Traverse City. The cottage was adorable and very clean. The hosts were wonderful, helpful & very accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone and if you need additional rooms, let the hosts know because there are other cottages close by they can help you with!

Peaceful, charming spot on Arbutus Lake

I chose this cottage because of the large shared sandy beach and the playground right outside our door. The grandkids loved the old-school type playground, making new friends, kayaking, the sandy beach, and the gentle hills (for riding down on bikes). The quiet Pineview Resort is set in among beautiful tall trees--very refreshing. Located on a section of the lake that is no-wake, it is always calm and quiet, so you can kayak or fish anytime. We rented a jet ski while there, which we idled through our section of the lake and into the next section, where power boating is allowed. The cottage is rather small, but comfortable, and the extra large picnic table is great for eating outside. It was really nice to have all the linens included; loved the really nice soft bath towels. Also really appreciated that Sandee would write me back quickly whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Wonderful Week!!

Cottage was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Lake was clear and clean. Perfect for fishing, kayaking. Kids loved their bunk beds, the playground out front, the sandy beach and fishing off the dock. We all loved the bonfires each evening. Great location … visited Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City area.

Nice stay at a lovely place

We had a great time staying in this comfy and well-equipped home. Very bucolic and peaceful, with a nice beach on Arbutus Lake a short walk down the street. An easy drive away from Traverse City restaurants and other attractions.

Family Friendly

The home is nice and clean. There is a playground right out in front of the house and the kids loved it. We went ice fishing and it was a short walk to the water. We would stay here again.

Cozy Cottage

Just a heads up: if you use your phone for directions, this property is in Kingsley not Traverse City. This would have saved us 40 minutes travel time had we known. The cottage is quite small to comfortably accommodate 10 guests as is advertised. There is one very small bathroom and that is where the only mirror is located. This makes it difficult for people to get ready while someone was showering. The location was beautiful with the snow, and I am sure even more beautiful in the summer.

Perfect family cottage

This is the 3rd year in a row coming to Pineview Resorts but the first year staying at this place. This cottage was perfect for my family. The bunk beds were perfect for my 3 year old who was ecstatic to sleep in the top bunk! The park right outside the front door was also convenient for her to play at daily. Beach well kept as it is every year. Cottage had all the essentials for our week trip! We plan to come back every summer to this place (if available ;))

Cute cottage

The cottage was very cute and clean! Nice accommodations including the nice bonfire area outside the cottage. My grandkids loved the bunk beds! The smiley swing was a big hit and a big advantage was having a playground in your front yard! This was a Very enjoyable and peaceful experience.

Beautiful clean cottage. Shows it sleeps 10 people but only 1 can shower and wish there was a walk way to the front door to avoid all that sand to come into the cottage and shoes.
