We are excited to share that a brand new sauna is being added to the unit and will be available soon for an additional fee. The soaking tub previously featured in the bathroom has been removed to make space for this upgrade. Sauna photos are coming soon. Unwind after a day of adventure in the king bedroom, complete with high-quality linens, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, closet storage, and a sound machine. Families will also appreciate the Pack & Play and high chair provided.

Although there is only one bedroom, the condo can comfortably fit up to five guests thanks to the new queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room and a twin rollaway bed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker—plus all the basics to prepare meals at home. Dine at the breakfast bar, around the dining table, or enjoy coffee on the deck with sweeping bay views.

If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out—we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group***

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Noisy, and lots of smokers.If you want a quiet Lake Michigan stay this area is not quiet as it is on the highway.Also, there are cigarette and pot smokers in the other condos.

Once we and Bob, site management specialist, figured out that it takes two remotes to operate the tv, everything went smoothly after that.However, the unit is old and little to none remodeling done. The furniture is also old and very uncomfortable especially the couch and chair, except for the bed. The deck was dirty as well as the cushions on the patio furniture. We have decided to book another unit here which hopefully will make our stay in Traverse City more enjoyable and especially a lot more comfortable while we are at the condo.

Anniversary Getaway

Our stay was perfect in every way! The condo was immaculate and professionally decorated. Our deck opened right out on the Lake shore. The hosts thought of absolutely everything!!! My husband enjoyed reading the books on the deck and I enjoyed putting together the puzzle. The fireplace was handy on cool days. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. Thanks for helping rejuvenate us!

Perfect lakeside getaway

This cute little condo is just as the photos show. Clean and simple design with everything that you need for a perfect stay. We loved having the beach just steps away and enjoyed the company of sea gulls and ducks alike. The location allows easy access to explore the area. We hiked the Empire Bluff Trail and saw impressive views of the Sleeping Bear Dunes. We stopped in "Fishtown" and had lunch at the Cove. Delicious. We drove up the east coast and stopped in Petoskey's vibrant downtown before driving the Tunnel of Trees. Every day, we looked forward to returning to the condo, sitting on the porch, and watching the lake. This was a perfect get-away for us.

Wonderful Property

Condo was updated, well decorated, and clean. Everything was provided (well stocked kitchen, bath, bedroom). Felt like our own beachfront condo! Very close to water, great view, and private. It even has patio furniture and a fireplace for chilly days! We will definitely come back and will recommend this place to our friends!

We had a great time visiting Traverse City and the amazingly beautiful wineries. It was also very nice to relax at the beach when we were looking for some downtime. This property is a nicely appointed - small but perfect for 2 people. The owners were very proactive with communication to make sure our stay was going well.

Perfectly relaxing

The unit is perfectly as described, clean and well kept. Owners frequently texted to make sure everything was going well and if there was anything we needed. Spent much time on the patio both in the morning for coffee and evening as the sun was setting. Through the week there wasn't many others around so it couldn't have been more relaxing. Would definitely go back and would recommend staying here. So nice to walk directly onto the beach from the condo.
