Ferienwohnung Trassenheide

The four non-smoking holiday apartments are located within a holiday home on a plot of approx. 1,400 sqm in the centre of the Baltic seaside resort of Trassenheide. It is about 1.6 km to the Baltic Sea beach. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a radius of a few hundred metres.all apartments were extensively modernised and newly furnished in 2020.

The 45 square metre 2-room apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor of the house and can be reached via a central staircase. The apartment has a living room with dining table and open-plan kitchenette (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table, electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The living room has access to the furnished terrace and the neighbouring small garden. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. W-LAN is also available. On the property there is one parking space per apartment, bicycle racks and a central barbecue area on the neighbouring property.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. In the Ostseebad Trassenheide, holidaymakers are obliged to pay a resort tax (payable in cash on site).



Trassenheide, the seaside resort in the north of the island of Usedom, is characterised by its fine sandy beach. Nudist and dog bathing beach nearby. The town is connected to the island's cycle network. Events and concerts take place on the promenade in summer.
