"The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go. "Everything was very good, but not quite a true luxury resort. Maybe a 4 star for sure. Also, the front desk young man bribed us by asking for a 5-star review in order to get complimentary early check-in, which for westerners is totally unacceptable.
