"Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "

Very attentive staff , arrived at around 10:30 in the morning , was told kin time was at 14:00 , but they would try to get our room ready as soon as possible , waited maybe 30 mins and room was available to rest . "Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mit mega freundlichem Personal mitten im Altstadtquartier von Hanoi. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, Pool etwas verbesserungswürdig (nur 1 Sonnenschirm zum Beispiel). Sehr gut bei später Abreise konnten noch mal die Sanitäreinrichrungen des Hotels benutzt werden. Frühstück super und abwechslungsreich. "
