Riverfront Oregon Retreat w/Hot tub & Pool

This private, end of drive home sits on 10 acres of Rogue River water front property just 3 miles South of Lost Creek lake. This is a 3/4 home with 2 master bedrooms with private balcony’s and a 3rd bedroom with full bath in the pool house. The home has 7 beds and sleeps 14. The home comes equipped with an In ground pool, hot tub, sauna, movie theater room, gym, pool table, foosball table, home office area, traeger grill, jetted tub, and fire place’s.
The space
The property is 10 acres of mostly fenced in area. The house is on top of the hill, last driveway on the right. There is an automatic key pad gate at the entry way. The house has 3 different levels with entry to the main floor and lower level of the home from the back patio.
Other things to note
The house comes with complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, wash cloths, towels, washer & dryer, silverware, cookware, blender, Keurig, air fryer.

Nightmare on Crowfoot!!

You told me that you would make it right for all the issues we encountered at the house. I'm going to list them: 1. Hot tub was murky and foam was brown. You put chlorine in it. The water was clear the next day, which allowed us to see the sand & dirt on the bottom and the slimy ring around the tub.. 2. Internet service was sporadic at best. Every time I hooked up my tablet it worked for a short time (10-15 minutes) then I'd lose connection. I would have to reboot from the beginning, it would not just reconnect. 3. The TV has no local channels. Tried to connect with the internet, which didn't work on the living room TV, it kept buffering and then disconnected. Football games almost impossible to watch. Movies didn't play without numerous times buffering. The projector downstairs would not work with our ROKU fire stick. Could get picture but BOSE would not recognize & connect for sound. After trying several times for over an hour gave up! tried again the next day, NEVER got it to work due to numerous times of buffering. We were TOO STRESSED with it to want to try anything else. 4. The weight room was part of the theater room unlike the pictures. 5. Shower in the master bath has a diverter valve for the hand held shower and body spray knobs. It did not work and fell off in my hand. 6. Sink in the main level bathroom drains extremely slow and fills with water. cooktop needs to be cleaned swimming pool not close to house loud traffic noise all night

Lots of Potential, Great Location. Needs some minor TLC

It was kind of a challenge to get there with GPS. Ultimately had to call Cody.This place has a lot of potential. Beautiful location. Great list of amenities. We just had a string of bad luck during our visit. -Hot tub is awesome. Nice addition of the outdoor tv -Propane table would be great if it had propane. The tank in the table was empty. There was a spare by the swing but it only had enough to run the table on low for 30 minutes. -Nature decided we were not going to have the option of using the pool as it had a dead squirrel in it (should maybe have a pool cover). -Theater room seating had chip crumbles in the cup holders -Individual AC units in the bedrooms didnt have a functioning remote. One room was set to 64 while the other was 75.There was an HVAC remote upstairs that was damaged from a dog chewing on it.We eventually found the remote downstairs worked for the ones upstairs. -The latch on the master bedroom door is bad. Had to use my drivers license to break out of the room in the morning. -cleaned the pool table for 30 minutes so my wife and I could play pool.Really nice table and cues -First rental place we ever stayed at that didn't have a printed list of house rules, expectations, check out instructions. So we didn't really do anything at checkout At the end of the day, the price is reasonable for its location. Cody is accommodating and good with communication.I think renters really take advantage of partying here making it a challenge to keep up with.
