Pretty house by the sea totally renovated and furnished with direct access to the beach and equipped with every comfort.
All bedrooms are furnished, air conditioned and have TV.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa and consists of:
- Internal kitchen
- External masonry kitchen
- Panoramic sea view terrace with direct access to the beach
-1 double bedroom
- 1 mezzanine double bedroom
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed
-2 bathrooms
Possibility of internal and external parking.
The location of the house is excellent as it is located in front of the motorway exit of Trabia (highway A19) to reach by car the most popular destinations in the province of Palermo, such as Cefalù, Mondello, Monreale, Caccamo, etc.
Nearby there are several supermarkets, bars, bakeries, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias (two of which are 1 minute walk from the house), beaches and boat rentals, pharmacies and the Termini Imerese hospital.
Inside the house you will find bicycles at your disposal to be used for beautiful walks along the coast of Trabia and for your physical well-being.

Die Wohnung ist nicht groß und insbesondere das Badezimmer sehr klein. Aber die Ausstattung, die Lage am Meer und das Ambiente der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ist ein Traum. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

While this property is compact, its thoughtful design means it works very well. Its best feature is the outdoor space, which is a wonderful place to sit with a glass of wine looking out over the sea. The outdoor kitchen is also well equipped and good to use. The property has access to the beach and sea, and we enjoyed sunbathing and snorkelling everyday. The water is clear and warm. The property provides lovely deckchairs and parasols. One concern we did have was that the autostrada looks quite close on the map, but it’s actually some distance away, so we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The property is very quiet and peaceful. The autostrada is also very useful as it gives excellent access to places to visit. The beautiful city of Palermo is only 30 mins away, and Monreale (UNESCO Heritage site) is another must see. The property has good off road parking. The owners were very helpful and welcoming.

Would return for this relaxing get-away (note the open concept bedrooms)

We had a lovely 4 night stay in May, with perfect weather for enjoying the fantastic outdoor room with tub overlooking the water. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the three bedrooms are "open concept" without privacy. The converted apartment includes a "loft" bedroom with a low ceiling and tricky stairs. It was more than fine for us as we are family, and limber enough to navigate the loft stairs and tight bathroom. I would return if the circumstances allowed. Likes Easy to get to in our rental car from Palermo airport. (Not sure about trains/taxi) The terrace/outdoor was everything; we spent most of our time here Easy walking distance to 3-4 restaurants where we found good food and drink. Though do not rely on Google for operating hours as it was often wrong 30 minute walk to a small grocery store, bakery, vegetable shop, and coffee shops. There is a sidewalk for 95% of the walk, and it felt safe. Larger grocery store a short drive away The rental was very clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen seemed very well equipped to cook your own meals Easy and prompt communication with Flaminia, and the welcome snacks and drinks were very appreciated Wishes We wish that there were sun lounger chairs to sit by the sea. There is a plastic bench but it was not comfortable to sit on for any length of time We were looking forward to the bicycles, but they were not available (no fault of the owner) Tips There are 2 showers, one is very small and a bit dif

Unglaubliche Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Sizilien. Vom Objekt aus konnte man die meisten wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto in ca. 1.5 Stunden erreichen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war traumhaft, der (fast) private Meerzugang sehr privilegiert. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten somit genug Platz und ausreichend Utensilien zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist aber sehr klein, und mit sechs Personen könnte es sehr eng sein. Auch ist die Ausstattung mit Geschirr in der Küche etwas knapp, es passte gerade so für uns. Insgesamt bräuchte die Einrichtung ein wenig Pflege, viele Kleinigkeiten müssten etwas gerichtet oder repariert werden und sind in die Jahre gekommen. Aber unsere Ansprechpartnerin Flaminia war unglaublich freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und immer bereit, schnell auszuhelfen mit dem, was fehlte. Sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Und letztendlich tröstet der zauberhafte Ausblick über die kleineren Mängel hinweg.

Great place for rest sun and quiey

We really loved this property. The view from the deck is stunning, there’s a great restaurant very cheap about six doors down and the host was so kind. His sister made a pie to welcome us, and they gave limoncello made with Sicilian lemons as well. Would recommend a car or similar transport. We did not have any and it was a 1.4 mile trip each way to get groceries. All around lovely stay. Thanks,

Family dream vacation.

This was the perfect location to hit all of our plans. Starting the day with a swim and then off to Palermo, Cefalu, Agrigento was easy. Ending the day on the patio with a glass of wine, listening to the water was perfection. Paolo and Flaminia are wonder hosts.

Gute Lage

Traumhafte Lage mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer! Freundliche Vermieter und Putzfrau. Gute Ausstattung, gute Betten, kleines, aber gut funktionierendes Bad. Die Lage ist perfekt für sämtliche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, da man schnell auf der Autobahn sein kann. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten und praktische Zugverbindungen ab Trabia z. B. nach Palermo oder Cefalu. Eine wunderschöne Woche haben wir in diesem Quartier verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Sicilia heaven

Beautiful rental in fabulous seafront location. Apartment was very clean and well equipped and the outdoor kitchen and hammock on the patio were favourites for our family. Paolo was very accommodating to out early arrival and left a number of sicilia treats for us to enjoy. The restaurant a couple doors down was fabulous as well.

Vi havde 1 dejlig uge hvor vi nød udsigten fra den dejlige terrasse. 2 voksne og 2 børn der hver dag brugte mange timer på badning i havet og dykke efter fisk. Vi valgte bevidst en strand med sten, da der er mere at se i havet og fisk ved sten og koraler.

My wife and I came here to get away for a while and for some peace and quiet. This place gave us both of those things. Paulo was very receptive to us and was able too quickly take care of our needs. I can't say enough about he and his family, so great!!

A great property that could easily be made perfect

The first thing I should say is that we loved staying here, and the host’s sister, who was the property manager for our visit, was communicative, friendly and helpful. The terrace is beautiful, and being able to sit and listen to the sound of the sea is wonderful. The kitchen is small, but we’ll equipped, and the master bedroom is very comfortable. I would say that I’d have been horrified if I’d booked this property for 6 adults and arrived to find all of the rooms are interconnected and that you have virtually no privacy. The bathroom is also a very, very tight squeeze and would be challenging for anyone older or with mobility difficulties. As a property for two adults it’s great, or for a family with youngish children I’m sure it would be fine. This does need to be made clearer in the listing! The WiFi was unfortunately not working for the duration of our stay, and whilst the hot tub bubbles and is nice when you first fill it (which takes a very long time), it does not keep warm at all. The outdoor table is fantastic. The remainder of the outdoor furniture on the terrace is fine unless it rains, which it did during our visit. because it’s not really designed to be outside and just soaks up water, staying wet for several days. There’s no way to cover it or put it under cover. A proper covered area outside to protect from rain would be a huge benefit overall in the low-season. Having access to the little strip of beach is lovely, and the chairs provided for the beach are very comfortable. As I said in the title, this is a lovely property and it could easily be made perfect.

Super Aussicht und alles da was man braucht. Für dir schlafsituation muss man sich wirklich mögen, da man unten von oben alles hört und alle 2 Schlafzimmer nur durch das 3. Zu erreichen ist. Für uns war das kein Problem und wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Una terrazza sul mare

La casa sul mare di Paolo e Flaminia è esattamente il luogo ideale dove chi vuole privacy e nuotate solitarie può essere accontentato. Davanti ad essa c'è una spiaggetta privata di un materiale naturale che non saprei definire, numerosi sdraio e un ombrellone (consiglio di portare una base da riempire con l'acqua per poterlo fissare a terra) ed è costeggiata da scogli. Il fondo del mare è caratterizzato da ciottoli molto grossi, alghe e pesciolini molto belli, perfetti per lo snorkeling. Parlando invece della casa: la cucina è sobria ed essenziale, dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare da mangiare così come la camera assolve alla sua funzione al meglio, ma è nella terrazza il vero punto forte. Il tavolo ampio permette di mangiare all'esterno tutta la famiglia e il cucinino con lavello di preparare il tutto godendo di un panorama d'eccezione. C'è una vasca idromassaggio che personalmente non ho utilizzato e una lavatrice comodissima per il bucato. Per quanto riguarda il bagno è piuttosto angusto e scomodo, soprattutto per chi ha le gambe lunghe e non è propriamente agile ma dopotutto chi trascorre il suo tempo lì? In ogni caso dabasso, vicino all'entrata per la spiaggia ne esiste un altro, un po' più agevole e spazioso. Per concludere, l'unico punto in meno, che possono dire solo i rompiscatole come me, consiste nel motorino dell'acqua in condivisione con la casa nel piano terra: è molto rumoroso quando è in funzione e se qualcuno, sia esso del piano terra o del primo piano, usa l'acqua di notte esso si mette in moto per lunghi minuti svegliandoti inevitabilmente. Se fosse possibile correggere questo disagio allora potrei dire che è veramente la casa dei sogni dove se potessi mi trasferirei subito.
