"3世代家族で２日間の宿泊でした。 予約時の対応は最悪でした。車のサイズを確認したところ『そのサイズは停車不可です。キャンセルならそちらからどうぞ』とのメッセージが届きました。そんな事を言われたのは初めてでしたのでびっくりしました。 結局車のサイズを小さくして向かいましたがキャンピングカーも停まっててこれ又びっくりでした。確かに駐車場は狭いですが部屋によっては停められる場所もありました。そこは予約時に表示してほしいです。 部屋自体は満足で高齢者も満足しています。 生活する大体のものは揃っていてほぼ手ぶらで泊まれます。タオル大小も洗濯洗剤もアメニティもありました。キッチンも炊飯器、トースター以外は大体 "

"Excellent traditional experience, onsen is great and the traditional food sets (both breakfast and dinner) are very nice. Only problems I had overall were maintaince going on during my stay (landscaping and some light building work), and some parts of the building are showing their age (especially in the onsen and lobby areas). Bonus note, some of the hole in the wall restaurants nearby are excellent and the rual area nearby is great for a break from the big cities (it has that fresh air...

"気になったのが、本館と別館の連絡通路に関してです。 本館と別館のエレベーター内に3階の連絡通路が閉まっている時は、その旨張り紙などで伝達して頂きたいと思います。 あとはお風呂の脱衣所やエレベーター前にタオルやバスタオルを返す箱があれば、より便利になるかと思いました。"
