"Have some of the most amazing and tranquil views imaginable of the lake. This hotel is away from the main town but offers a shuttle several times through the day and it is only a 10 minute ride highly recommend taking a ferry to the island in the middle of Lake Toya. "Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!"

"The location of this property directly in the lakefront was amazing and offered a beautiful view of the lake from the room. "スキーで利用しました。大浴場もきれいで、スライダーつきのプールも楽しかったです。サウスフロント裏から駐車場を通り道路を渡れば、コンビニが2軒あります。館内の売店にはワンプレートの冷凍食品まで置いてあり、便利屋です。ランドリーもノースとサウスに1箇所ずつ計2ヶ所あり助かりました。チェックアウト10時で、スクールの開始時刻と重なり、それまでにスキーロッカーを移動させないといけなくて、朝はてんやわんやでした。レイトチェックアウトは1時間4000円でした。"
