"I was pulling a trailer and it was a little challenging to get to the property and the parking was a little tricky. I had to a trouble finding the right entrance for oversized vehicle parking. "

"The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great staff. My only reason not to return is the elevator is a far distance from any exterior door, between the steps, ramps and distance , this location was not handicap friendly for us."

"Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. "

"Only negative was that the room next to us was under construction, so after we checked in late following a cheer competition, we woke up to loud music and construction happening to the room next to us. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean."

"I guess the worst thing was we were on the second floor with no elevator and I have a bad leg. When we asked to be on the first floor, it wasn’t available. The room was clean. I didn’t really see the staff much. It was OK, but we won’t book there again. "

"Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night.
