"We’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns throughout the eastern seaboard, this hotel is by far the best one. It started by being greeted as guest of the day! The room and hotel were sparkling clean. We even saw a member of the cleaning staff cleaning all parts of the tables in the breakfast area and the elevators, too. I’ve never seen that. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee tasted so good! Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable stay on our long road trip."

The staff were perfectly pleasant, but the place is incredibly rundown and grotty. "The location was great. Right off the highway and close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and of course VT. The outside of the property was clean and looked safe. There was construction going on so we could see the materials for it outside but it was quiet. The front desk staff were so nice and polite. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a a turnoff. My room key did not work after 3 tries so they just moved me to a new room. I had other family members checking...
