"Breakfast was very good, a variety of food to choose from. Fresh and tasty. Staff helpful and friendly, serving and dinning area were clean. Room was clean as well but the only thing I didn't like was the size of the kitchenette cabinets above the sink. To big and to low , acces to the sink was limited."

"We stayed 5 nights 7/16-7/21 for Mosswood Meltdown and seeing friends in the Bay Area. Superb location for the shows. Had a terrace room where chair cushions were dirty and unappealing. That was disappointing. Grab and go snacks in the lobby were great for late nights. ALL the staff, meaning valet, front door, housekeeping, and front desk were friendly and kind. The housekeeper for 3rd floor was excellent, the best of the best. She was more than kind and accommodating when we asked for...

"They stole my car from the parking lot that we paid to park in at the hotel. The hotel did nothing about this and other guests in the same parking lot got there catalytic converters stolen."

"The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, and the shower very large. But, the guests that arrived Friday and Saturday night were loud, noisy, and inconsiderate way past midnight. On Friday morning, a woman was knocking on a nearby room at 2:30 AM, asking to be let in. A large family of kids were going up and down the hall near midnight as if it was a playground. And finally, the TV monitor was quite nice but it took both remotes (the monitor and the DISH TV) to locate channels."

"The room looked okay, but it reeked of old, musty cigarette smoke, and cheap air freshener. I was on the 4th floor, and until after midnight there were doors being slammed frequently. The bathroom sink was a joke. Some hack installed the faucet without measuring first, because the faucet spout was barely long enough to reach the bowl. I had to put my hands way to the back of the sink in order to wash and rinse them. The water pressure was LOW. The bathroom air vent was chock full of disgusting...
