Apartment was great and rooms were nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and appliances in the home were clean and easy to use. Advertised spa area was a bit smaller than expected. Thermostat is not located in the apartment and you must contact owner to adjust the temperature. A little more cobwebs than expected even though it was a basement apartment.

The outside of the property has not been maintained. Long grass/weeds, garbage piled up at the side of the house, falling down garage in back, weeds growing up everywhere. Not a good first impression.Unit is well equipped and modern, no issues at all with the inside of the unit. BEWARE OF THE LOW CEILING!
