Beautiful 1 bedroom, 61st floor with a balcony.Walking distance to the Scotia Bank Arena, Union Station, Rogers Center, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Financial District and hundreds of restaurants and bars. Close to the Eaton Centre and Queen Street fashion district. Easy access to the Subway and GO station.Grocery store, LCBO (liquor store), banks and all other necessities are at a walking distance.

The space

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.1 bedroom and 1 bathroomFully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster).Smart TV, Netflix and wifi.Washer and dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure.Guests whose names or ID doesn t match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided. Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock which makes the check in check out process super easy. Whether your are running late or you need to leave early in the morning, there's no need to wait to get or return the keys. I can lock or unlock the suite door remotely using the smart lock.

Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pet's fee $10 per night for 1 pet The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, GLOBALSTAY has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
