About this home - Cozy, Spacious and super clean Basement with an en suite Full Private Bathroom!
The Neighborhood - We live in a friendly, safe & quiet neighborhood!
The Space - Clean & very spacious with an en suite Full private Bathroom. Well Lit huge room furnished with Queen sized bed, 3 Drawer Dresser, Garment rack, Sofa, Coffee Table, Work Table & Chair. Free Parking & Internet!
15 mins from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Walking distance to Financial Drive & Mississauga Road. Close to all major Highways, University of Toronto Mississauga, Heartland & Square one Mall. A minute walk to Bus stop & 5 mins to GO station.

Local attractions within 20 mins: Waterpark, Snowboarding, Skiing, Ice-skating, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Golf, Basketball, Cycling, Waterparks, Zoo, Sledding & Wildlife Viewing!!!!

This Suite can sleep 3 - So it has a Queen size bed which sleeps 2 and a couch which can sleep 1. There's an extra charge of $15 per guest if more than 2 guests.

Please note that the kitchen is not available. However there are a lot of eating joints including Coffee shops nearby. Also, there are a lot of home delivery for food services available, priced reasonably. Since kitchen is not available, washing of dishes etc. are not allowed. There will be extra charges per day in case if there is any usage of Electric appliances (kitchen) etc.
Please DO NOT move around the furniture at the property.
There is a Laundromat few minutes away from this place in case if the guests want Laundry facility.
NOTE: After the booking confirmation, you will be able to see the address where you will be staying under 'Reservation details'. Please double check the address so that you don't ring/knock at any of my neighbors homes to avoid any discomfort to them.

Guest access - The guests have access to the Suite where they will stay and the private washroom which is next to the Suite. Besides the Suite and the private washroom, the guests do not have access to any other property in the Listing.

Other things to note -
* Our laundry is done during weekends (either Saturdays or Sundays) which is downstairs in a room near the Suite and a time can be decided upon between the guest and me for the same. Also, please do not open the Laundry room, there is a printed sign on that door which says not to open it.
* Please expect sounds of Electric appliances, walking etc. from the above Ground level since the suite is in the basement.
* Microwaves/kitchen electric appliances/Laundry are not allowed to be used please!

Communication was easy and nina was very accommodating. Place was clean and tidy and convenient for situation. Family was very friendly. However, keep in mind there is no kitchen which was not a big deal for me but for future guest who are looking for a room and want to cook. Regardless, would recommend people to stay.

First I must say the host is very nice. Her husband is very nice as well. Our stay was adequate. A couple of things I'd like to note. This is a basement apartment with 2 small windows. The host requires you to remove your shoes on the main floor. The basement floor was cold. The host does run the heat yes but the basement was still cold. You don't have access to the thermostat. It was mentioned when I arrived and she advised there are extra blankets. In the shower there's no soap or shampoo so please bring your own. Unfortunately we didn't but we bought some locally. The extra blankets did have stains on them and the pillows also, they appeared very old. As mentioned it's the basement and you hear everything upstairs, footsteps, dishes etc. I did message the host nicely to please lower the TV as it was loud and about 45 min or so she responded she was winding down and did lower it. One thing also to note is there's no lock or key on the basement door and she advised to leave the main door open to enter the home. Again the host is very nice but I had to note these details.

Simple and Cost Efficient

The stay was very simple and easy. Nina was a good host, helping us check in. It is a good, cheap option for visiting the Toronto area.

I wasn’t able to get my stay because the host could not let me into the place because she had to take care of her family, on top of that, like if it was a favor she was doing me, she places a timeframe for replying to messages even after I explained that I had a car accident on the way to her, she still refused providing the service. I demand a refund.

Cozy and private, perfect for short-term stay

Host was extremely accommodating. Communication was excellent. I made an error in booking and we worked it out very professionally. The room is very cozy. No tv (which is a plus for me, personally). Nice and spacious. Private bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfy. Perfect place for a one or two night stay. Neighborhood is a pretty nice place too!

Highly recommend

The property is very nice, cozy, spacious and clean. It is ideally located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host (Nina) is extremely nice, helpful, attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend.

The place itself was clean. I needed a one night stay near the Airport, which this provided. It’s a basement u it and I felt upstairs was a little loud. There also wasn’t any hand soap in the restroom which could have been an issue.

The property should only be rented to 2 people. Renters should have a car as over a mile to walk for coffee. The property is just a bed and couch with no TV or even a cup to have a drink of water. Family was very friendly and helpful

Logement propre et soigné Probleme avec la 3 ème " place " pour cette chambre. En effet, la 3 ème personne devra dormir sur un canapé très fin ( moins de 50 cm de profondeur ) La clim est constamment au plus froid de plus Nous savions que la 3 ème place était sur un canapé mais la couché dessus nous dépassons de tout les côtes.. Je pense que ce logement devrait être bloqué pour 2 personnes

Wi-Fi wouldn’t work for us & we were short one towel…But as soon as I informed the owners, they helped to rectify that problem right away!!! The bathroom and shower area could use with a wipe down as there where spots and splatters all around the sink area and the shower could use some love.
