This 2-bedroom apartment nestled in the neighborhood of Little Portugal welcomes you with its warm and homelike space. This suite is not only well-maintained, but it is also equipped with some home essentials to make you feel at ease.



The Space:

IMPORTANT: Please note that there is a restaurant below the unit that occasionally plays music, which you might hear from inside the unit. Thank you for your understanding!

➜ Approx. 900 sq ft / 83 m² of space.

➜ The living room is equipped with a snug sofa.

➜ Bedrooms 1 & 2 all feature a Queen-size bed.

➜ The den area above the living room has 2 queen-size beds.

➜ A smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube.

➜ The kitchenette is equipped with appliances including 2 mini-fridges, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a toaster oven.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please be informed that we have cameras on the property. These actively recording CCTVs are installed for the safety of our guests and property.



➤ Please note that this unit does NOT include parking



➤The guest will have access to the entire unit, shared front entrance hallway, and shared front door hallway . Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.

Traditionally home to people of Portuguese and Brazilian backgrounds, it’s become even more diverse in recent years. If you’re lucky enough to be here in June there’s the Dundas West Fest—a street party of music, food, dancing and arts.

Getting Around:

Location is a two minute walk from the 301 Queen and the 501 Queen at the Queen St West at Abell St stop.



Other Things to Note:

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
