"Great location and good transport links; staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for a single person and well-kept. A little expensive for one night, but was booked last-minute and still cheaper than most other city centre accommodation."

"Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth.
Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉.
We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely."

"It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."
