"Booked twin bedded room. Allocated room 35. Room had recently been refurbished. Excellent. Despite a wedding being held there it was quiet and restful. Self service cooked breakfast in morning was very good and staff were constantly on hand to top up on anything. Good choice of different foods. Would stay again in room 35 and any other refurbished rooms. Cannot judge any other rooms. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Just off the M4 is an excellent location for visiting Bath via...

"The customer service was outstanding. The best I've received in years. It started with a warm and friendly welcome when I checked in after a long journey. The gentleman on reception greeted me with a genuone smile, the process was speedy and I liked that he advised me my room number was written in the keycard, rather than saying it out loud as is usually the case. "Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was clean when we arrived and breakfast buffet had a good choice and was replenished regularly. Watch out for the option to not have your room serviced some days. We opted for this as it was a short stay and didn't realise that it meant not even the bins were emptied. Staying with a baby, we were glad not to have been staying any longer! I'm sure they would have emptied the bins if we'd asked though, the staff really were ever so helpful."

"Lovely place to stay! Unfortunately we didn’t have food/breakfast or drink in the bar as we checked in at 11pm after a late flight and just wanted to get home in the mornign!
