I prepaid for my room in advance and arrived around 6:20 PM needing to check in quickly before a 7:00 PM client dinner. Instead, I walked into an empty front desk with a sign saying staff was “on break” for 30 minutes. While waiting a few minutes is understandable, having no one available during standard check-in hours is not. When an employee finally appeared, I asked if he could check...

"Everyone was nice. Door to the bathroom was too heavy to open and close. No protein (bacon, eggs or sausage) Breakfast was all carbs toast, English muffins, muffins, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal(we were told the protein was the oatmeal) While oatmeal has protein, it wasn’t the protein we needed."
