The woman overseeing it was always checking the serving area, replenishing and cleaning as necessary. She and the front desk person both advised me when they were close to shutting down for the morning, wanting to ensure I had everything I wanted before they took it away. "When i pulled up there were homeless people around the outside of the building. There's only 2 ways to get to the rooms and both stair cases are by the exit doors. No elevators. The room smelled musty and gross. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels need to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and that was the best part of the entire room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe and left to go to another hotel for the duration of my stay."

"The property now charges utility fees that are not mentioned in the booking process. The room had a few moths in it. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Kids pulling fire alarm early in the morning. But beds and towels were clean at least."

"This hotel looks like it's been remodeled inside. My room had hard floors, for example, instead of carpet. Huge plus. Room was very large with a sofa and desk, good-sized frig and comfortable bed. Room and hotel were very clean. Staff was excellent. The breakfast is skippable. It's seriously bad, even when it's included. Wet eggs and limp bacon? No thanks. Otherwise, very pleased and there's a McDonald's nearby."

"I checked in and the room I was given was dark. The mattress was a 4” camper mattress on top of a king frame. The bathroom mirrors were dirty and when I opened the curtain the window was shattered. I did not feel comfortable staying there and immediately moved to another hotel. "

"We had stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay. This time we also enjoyed the room, but we felt that the room we were given was not one that was normally used. We first noticed that the aerator was missing from the sink. I told the staff and it was installed. The bed was comfortable, but in the bathroom the mirror was pretty beat up. The bathroom door dragged along the floor because it was splintered. We also noticed that the bottom of the door was quite dirty. I couldn't help...

"stayed for four nights and did not get any cleaning services or new towels. The papers they put on the counter say for longer stays they will go in for housekeeping on the third night but nothing was done. smelled like cigarettes every floor even though there are signs that smoking is not allowed."
