    The Space:

    Salt air, garden green, and the sound of birds at sunrise - mornings in Nuevo Vallarta have a rhythm all their own. This single-level home in the Matiari development sits tucked into the Tondoroque area, where a hammock waits on the patio, garden views stretch out from every outdoor corner, and the coast of Banderas Bay is just a short drive away. Whether you're here to decompress, explore, or simply eat well and move slowly, the setting makes it easy.



    Sleeping arrangements

    The home accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds and 1 sofa-bed, plus 2 bathrooms. Room-darkening shades help you sleep in after late evenings out, and each room is set up for comfort with clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and bathroom essentials already in place. Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards ready and waiting.



    Living space

    Air conditioning keeps the interior cool and comfortable throughout the day. The living area is an easy place to land after time at the beach or pool - settle in with the TV, connect to Wifi, or use the dedicated workspace to catch up on anything that can't wait. A private entrance and self check-in make arrivals seamless, and building staff are on-site 24 hours a day whenever you need them.



    Kitchen & dining

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home - refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and cookware. A dining table brings everyone together for meals indoors, and the BBQ grill and barbecue utensils mean outdoor cooking is always an option. Washer and dryer are also available for longer stays.



    Outdoor living

    The patio or balcony, backyard, hammock, and outdoor seating create natural spaces to slow down between adventures. Garden views set a calm tone at any hour - morning coffee, an afternoon read, or a relaxed evening under the open sky. Beach essentials (beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear), bikes, and a kayak are all included for days spent along the coast or exploring the neighborhood at your own pace.



    Resort access & facilities

    Within the Matiari development, guests have access to a pool and gym, along with resort access to nearby facilities. Free parking on premises and free street parking make it easy to come and go throughout your stay.



    Neighborhood

    Situated near Plaza Lago Real, the home puts everyday conveniences, restaurants, and local attractions within easy reach. The beaches of Banderas Bay, the dining scene of Bucerías, and nearby golf courses are all a short drive away. The quieter residential character of the Tondoroque area gives you room to exhale between outings.



    This pet-friendly home is a strong fit for families, couples, or small groups - whether you're planning a few nights or a longer stay along the Pacific coast.



    Guest Access:

    Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



    It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



    Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



    Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



    If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



    *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



    Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host

    You are just a short drive from the soft sands of Banderas Bay, elite golf courses, and the vibrant dining scene of Bucerías. With high-end shopping at Plaza Lago Real next door, Matiari is your ideal hub for a relaxing family getaway.



    Getting Around:

    We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



    For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



    The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.



    Other Things to Note:

    For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



    PET FRIENDLY

    We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.



    Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



    Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



    Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



    The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



    -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



    The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *

    -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
