Located right in the trendy yet established community of Old Town Tomball. Just steps from shopping antiques, boutiques, experience the rich food culture & take a stroll through the weekend farmers market & the German festivals! We are 1 mile from Boxwood Manor. & just down the tracks from the historic railroad station/museum that Tomball was established on by Thomas Ball. The Green Elm is sure to delight!

We visit family in the Tomball area, so this location is perfect for us. The house is always very clean and there are plenty of things to do within walking distance. Dealing with Michael, the host, is always a pleasure. This was our third time staying here and it won’t be our last!

Overall, the place was great and it was exactly what we needed for our stay. The host was communicative and accommodating. The bed was comfy and the house was clean and tidy. It's in a great area next to a coffee shop, bakery, and lots of little shops.It didn't impact our stay, but light sleepers should be aware that there are multiple trains running through the night right next to the house. The host provided white noise machines and earplugs in both rooms.

Cute house with lots of charm. Wonderful location for lots of shopping and restaurants. Only drawback is sharing the small bathroom and there are train tracks on the other side of the road. However the trains didn’t seem to come by very often. Very responsive owner which was greatly appreciated.

1950's Cottage

This cottage is a perfect place to stay! Great location, very clean and great communications with Michael. We attended a show at Main Street Crossing and it's a very nice venue. This was our second time staying here when we come to visit family and it won't be our last!

Old Town Tomball Cottage

We were visiting our son and family for Christmas and this was the perfect location for us. The cottage was very clean and just so comfortable, we felt very much at home. Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance, we especially enjoyed walking around the Farmers Market on Saturday. Our host, Michael, was so easy to deal with and was a perfect host! Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return!

Cutest house in the perfect location

What a wonderful stay. Ww just wish it had been longer. A friend and I traveled to Tomball to see a rising country artist at Main Street Station. It was an easy walk from this cute house to there. The house is decorated beautifully and very clean. We loved this place. Would definitely stay here again. The host has great comkunication as well.

Close to Everything!

We stayed at this property for two nights and didn’t get in our car once! Walkable to food, drinks, entertainment, & shopping. The host was amazing and so was the house. We will definitely be back. : )

Immaculate VRBO steps from cafes and restaurants

To say we were impressed is an understatement. This cottage was clearly a passion project for Michael. The interior was recently decorated and appointed with beautiful touches. The location was quiet and within easy waking distance to impressive cafes in Tomball. The host was communicative and instructions were clear and simple. I am definitely staying again if we travel through Tomball again.

Great Cottage!!

Michael was a great host! Our 8 year old son was in a diabetes summer camp nearby, and this year we decided to stay near the camp instead of commuting an hour each way. The cottage was outfitted greatly, and our son loved the Pac-man arcade. He specifically wrote in the guest book that he wants to come back! Michael was very responsive to our questions. We loved the location with the ability to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. I was working daily from the dining room, and the wifi signal was good and strong.

Great Communication and Location

We were scheduled to check in right after hurricane Beryl. Micheal was so quick with communication about power. So many thoughtful touches throughout. Great location to walk to so many resturaunts and stores. 10/10 all around.
