Pergi Palace

The building, which serves as the owner’s residence, has three stories. On the first floor, a spacious common entryway leads to the dining room, which features a kitchenette, a sink, and a fireplace and is used by guests. Going up the first flight of stairs, you enter the private areas, which include a living room, the master bedroom, and the bathroom.
Going up the last flight of stairs, you reach the sleeping quarters, where two double rooms with twin beds and private bathrooms are reserved for additional guests.

The only common areas are the entryway and the staircases.
Linens and complimentary toiletries are provided for guests.

The owner lives on the property and is always available.

The town is located in the hills of the Monti della Tolfa, one hour from Rome and half an hour from the Tyrrhenian beaches and the Etruscan necropolises of Cerveteri to the south and Tarquinia to the north.
