Welcome to the Beverly area! This centrally located 1.5 story has been remodeled in 2024! The living room features a plush sectional sofa, large comfy chair and 55 inch Smart TV. Use our Sling Account (like basic cable) or stream your favorite accounts.

Our galley kitchen has full sized appliances for cooking meals & a 4 person dining table that overlooks the sliding door to the back patio.

Basic pots and pans as well as salt and pepper, silverware, plates and cooking utensils are there for your use.

Both of the 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds w/ new cooling hybrid mattresses. They are both equipped with room darkening shades, dresser, luggage rack & closets with hangers. We have crisp white cotton sheets.

The primary bedroom has a computer desk so it’s perfect to work from home with speedy wi-fi.

The bathroom is on the small side considering the year the home was built but has fresh white towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

There is a full sized mirror near by as well as a medicine cabinet in the bathroom.

Other amenities include: Cental AC, and a full sized new washer and dryer located in the basement free for guests use.

It is located within short distances to the shops/restaurants/bars/coffee & other amenities of downtown Toledo & Beverly. This home features off street parking.

This home is a 5-15 minute drive from attractions such as the Toledo Zoo, Toledo Art Museum, Stranahan Theatre, Glass City Center, etc.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.
