"The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. Highly recommend."

"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"We Were given rooms facing the train tracks. The trains run from 5AM to 12 midnight.We asked the hotel to change our rooms to the other side but they refused and instead sent ear plugs to us. They then asked 7000 yen per night for shifting our rooms to the non train tracks side which I refused . "

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Um den Tag in Tokio zu starten perfekt. Es sind 2 Metrostationen fussläufig erreichbar 2min und 6-7min. Von da aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber."
