  • La propiedad, tiene una gran terraza para tomar el sol, es perfecta para tomar sol y admirar las vistas vírgenes o contemplar las estrellas en el cielo nocturno, y se encuentra en el campo, con vistas pintorescas y paseos por el campo desde la puerta. Dentro del área de la terraza de la azotea hay una fantástica bañera de hidromasaje / jacuzzi para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas del paisaje. Hay una mesa de patio y 4 sillas para cenar al aire libre, además hay un balcón separado en el primer piso. Con sol todo el año; 20 grados centígrados incluso en diciembre y enero; solo relájate, explora y disfruta de la experiencia.

    Su señora gerente de la casa "Sadia", habla inglés y francés, y vive en el pueblo.
    Sadia está disponible para ayudarlo a aprovechar al máximo su visita; Ella lo recibirá a su llegada e incluso puede organizar una cena de bienvenida a su llegada, o cualquier otra comida que le gustaría haber preparado para usted, ya sea al estilo inglés, francés o marroquí [por un pequeño cargo adicional]

An Oasis in the Desert

The property was exactly as described if not better. It was clean,tidy and very welcoming without being over the top. The Riad is ample for 2 families of 4 but we were just a family of 3 so had plenty of room. Positioning of the house is in a quiet area which led to a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. On the roof terrace was a secluded area that overlooked the foothills of the Anti Atlas Mountain and had a jacuzzi along sun lounges so that you can spend endless hours chilling out just like we did. If you want to experience real Moroccan life then the area is the perfect place for you. The people who live in the village simply leave you alone to get on with your holiday and are very friendly when approached but you must be able to speak some French. Ian was very helpful throughout the holiday and so was his Representatives whilst we were there. You must in our opinion hire a car either from the start as in the airport you land or from Cosmos in the town otherwise you will not easily get around. We would definitely go again

Les seuls points positifs: le calme (maison en lisière de village face à la colline), la vie en immersion dans le village, la sympathie des habitants et même du propriétaire mais il est âgé et un peu dépassé. Pour le reste: il a fallu que nous fassions le ménage à l arrivée..., la femme de ménage citée dans l annonce n existe pas, la chaudière à gaz pour la douche tombe régulièrement en panne donc ces jours là douche froide... il y a très peu de vaisselle, nous avons dû acheter 2 casseroles... le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, l eau ne dépasse pas 20 degrés, fenêtres et portes sont des vraies passoires: vent, poussière, pluie qui un jour a inondé le canapé et le sol... Alors avis aux amateurs d autant que le site Abritel n aide pas les vacanciers qui ont ce genre de problèmes!

deçu j'ai quitte la location le mercredi au lieu du samedi matin

jaccuzi pas chauffe pas de télé (le propietaire m'a prevenue 3 jours avant que le satellite ne fonctionne pas )néanmoins je pensais que l'antenne locale été utilisable mais pas du tout, saadia nous a dit qu'elle s'en occuperai mais elle a été occupe donc pas dispo. le wifi fonctionne a peine et il faut recharger souvent Le lecteur dvd et cd fonctionne La plage se situe a 20 minutes de marche en deux temps du lieu de location jusqu'a la grande route 10 min et de la grande route jusqu'a la plage 10 min attention le taxi ne rentre pas dans le village sur la montagne voiture indispensable a mon gout . le cote positive est la vue degagé et calme

Spacious house in friendly village

Casa Riad was great value and situated in a nice, atmospheric setting at the edge of the village. The house was spacious, well equipped and clean, and Ian provided us with lots of useful information. We really enjoyed the village and I also enjoyed walking on the scrubby hillsides out the back. The people were very friendly, even though they had suffered from the devastating floods a couple of weeks earlier. It would have been great to interact more, but most daylight hours we were off exploring (and my French is much rustier than I feared!). Our 6 year old daughter was often transfixed by it all and the locals certainly took to her - several ladies enjoyed patting her on the head and giving her kisses! A car is pretty essential (although there seemed to be lots of modern green buses plying between Tiznit and the coast, and taxis are relatively cheap) and roads are fine, so could quickly along the coast or take trip to Tafroute in the hills. Beaches are better down towards Mirleft, so a 25 minute drive most days. Tiznit is only a few minutes drive away and seemed a nice, fairly quiet town, with a couple of small supermarkets shops and plenty of markets. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Casa Riad and would be happy to visit again.

Quiet and restful close to 3 Kilometre long beach

Tranquil village with easy access from main road between Tiznit and Aglou Plage[ the Beach Resort] Uncluttered spacious home with superb terrace and jacuzzi. Terrific view looking out across the village to the mountains and another of the very nearby hills- free of dwellings- Many useful amenities including 2 satellites, DVD player, TV with loads of personal music CD's, BBC DVD's and movie DVD's and No WIFI (thank goodess) but lots of WIFI signs in cafes at Aglou Plage-2 minutes away- and Tiznit (Titanic Cafe- great cappuccinos ) 8 minutes away. Beds were a lttle bit on the firm side (some folks like that), showers were a tad cold but the owner is so so personable that he cares and soon adjusted the showers to temperature required. The owner saw to our needs and concerns by supplying Info guides for his guests,it felt like home. Incredibly safe and secure seeming. Easy parking behind and above the village mosque and short walk to the front door or drive through the windy roads to a private parking space next to the house. We witnessed timeless, daily life in this tranquil village of friendly, humble welcoming people. We made day trips,not only to the local beach resort,but also to all the cities and villages in the area to include- Agadir-70 minutes, Mirleft- lots of sandy beaches-25 minutes, Tiznit- shopping and Tuesday, Wednesday souk market, and medina, Guelmine- changing terrain, Tafraoute- beautiful red rocks in and around the town, and Sidi Ifni the Spanish style hilly town and discovered many beaches of different personalities. The place was so quiet despite the proximity of a mosque. The bathrooms and showers are separate and also available on the terrace! The stairs to the living area and to the terrace are large and made easier with heavy banisters. As a person with physical limitations, I found the space easy to navigate without assistance. And by the way, it was incredibly affordable! The best quality for the least price we experienced! Thx Kimi and Lee.

Tranquil village of Zouite- easy access from main road between Tiznit and Aglou Plage or Mirleft. uncluttered, spacious home with superb terrace and above ground jacuzzi. Terrific views looking out across the village to the mountains and another of the very nearby hills- free of dwellings- which sometimes had sheep, goats and herder. Many useful amenities including 2 satellites, DVD player, TV with loads of personal music CD's, BBC DVD's and movie DVD's and No WIFI (thank goddess) but lots of WIFI signs in cafes at Aglou Plage- 2 minutes away- and Tiznit (Titanic Cafe- great cappuccinos) 8 minutes away. Beds were hard(some folks like that), showers were a tad cold but the owner is so, so personable and considerate that he cares and fixes and enquires about your needs and concerns. Info guides for everything and everywhere tenderly prepared for his guests. Felt like home. Incredibly safe, secure, relaxed. Easy parking behind and above the village mosque and short walk to the front door or drive through the winding village unpaved roads to a private parking space next to the house. Witness timeless, daily life in this tranquil village of friendly, humble, welcoming people. We made day trips to all the cities and villages in the area including- Agadir- 70 minutes, Mirleft- lots of great rocky, sandy beaches- 25 minutes, Tiznit- shopping and Tuesday, Wednesday Vege Souk, and medina-8 minutes, Guelmine- changing terrain- 60+min., Tafraoute- beautiful red rocks in and around the town- several hours, and Sidi Ifni- hilly town-60+min., and discovered many beaches of different personalities.
