Gite de la Broitelière

The Broitelière cottage is located in a traditional Gironde-style house, adjoining the owner's residence. It features an enclosed garden and a covered terrace with a barbecue. You can park your car under the covered carport. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room (with a 140x190cm sofa bed), two bedrooms (one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with a 90x190cm bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. Heating is provided by oil and electricity (mains and solar panels, with a supplement for this service). Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen can be rented for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with a deposit. During your stay, you can take advantage of the cottage to explore the village of Saint-Émilion, 25 km away, and the town of Blaye with its Vauban citadel, 30 km away. You'll find a butcher shop in the countryside 17 km away. If you'd like to discover a vineyard, you can visit Périssac and enjoy a wine tasting featuring Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur appellations. For children, there's also a tasting of grape juice and sparkling wine. The property is not equipped for charging electric vehicles; plugging in is strictly prohibited. The cottage is equipped with solar panels.
