"As an academic I have trouble giving more than 9/10 but this property is 12/10. Staff in all areas particularly reception were amazingly helpful well beyond any 5 star big city hotel. The hotel is a brilliant older building in excellent condition. In house fining brilliant - bfsst and dinner. Value is outstanding. Rooms are a little tight but what can one expect. "

"Glad to be a Silver Member. Received free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the suite that was very spacious. It had a fridge and air conditioner (which many Ireland hotels don't have), and full kitchenette. We wish we could have stayed long enough to enjoy the hotel more. Feedback...when we first pulled off road into driveway...we could not see any signage that indicated where the front of the hotel was, along with the check-in desk. Instead...we went into first parking lot...

"Room was clean, spacious, with a real coffee maker (vs the instant thats prevalent in ireland). Nice shower too. Their lodging is excelled, but i wouldn't recommend their restaurant, food is mediocre and the "music" they play is irritating."
