"We enjoyed our stay at the Warehouse Hotel, but we were disappointed in the lack of electrical outlets for phones, computers, iPads, hairdryer etc etc. The room was also very dark, with poor lighting. The shower/bathtub arrangement was poorly designed. The staff were wonderful. "

"I was surprised by how small the room was and I felt that it had substantial wear and tear that wasn’t visible in the photos. A little disappointing. And the elevator and corridor smelt like damp."

"This hotel stay was perfect! So clean and luxurious, I wish I could bottle up the hotel scent and bring it home with me! Super comfy beds and a quiet place to lay your head and get a good night's rest. Conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance to so many good cafés and restaurants. Also the outdoor infinity pool is at the rooftop level and is a great backdrop for photos. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely book here again! "

"Not impressed I always book a reasonable room and king bed. As a premium member (VIP) you should be acknowledged on check-in Upgrade if available . For one night not bothered . However Ido appreciated being downgraded to a lower room no windows. It appears deliberate hoping the guest won’t notice. Approached desk and they apologise for the confusion and will fix.
