"I have had the pleasure to stay at this property twice now and each time, they set a new high standard. I strongly recommend. From the complimentary morning coffee, use of spa facilities, and two pools- this hotel is unrivaled. They have excellent bars and restaurants on the grounds as well. Walking distance to anything within the Orchard area. A must stay resort!"

"I had a wonderful two night stay at Kesa House. It is conveniently located for the MRT from Changi to the hotel. There are a lot of hawker centers within 10 min walk and a great base to explore Chinatown with all the art murals. I was impressed by the friendliness of all staff that I encountered. A special shout out to Sanjay who checked me out on Saturday Oct 11. He not only stored my luggage but also gave me a lovely teacup and tote to remember my SG vacation. "Great location right in the center of orchard road and sommerset MRT only next building, comfortable & spacious room, great customer service. Arrived to the hotel very early due to our flight arrival so we left luggage and do early check in to avoid rush time, however the lady to help us offer to give early check in by 11am. "Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "
