This scenic retreat offers the perfect base to explore the stunning coastal towns of Poreč, Vrsar, and Rovinj, while immersing yourself in the lush, green landscapes of inland Istria.

Spanning approximately 30 m², SA LOVOR features everything you need for a comfortable stay:

Sleeping area: Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).

Kitchen & dining area: Fully equipped, with a dining table (118 x 78 cm).

Private bathroom.

Balcony: Includes outdoor table (78 x 58 cm), perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Amenities: A/C for summer, floor heating for winter, and high-speed WiFi throughout.

As part of the Eco Domus Programme by the Istria County Department of Tourism, Villa Lipa Draga proudly holds the label of Eco-Friendly Accommodation. It is also recognized as a ConsumelessMed Companion, promoting sustainable Mediterranean tourism.

- A shared yard (separate from the hosts);

- A private parking spot (one per apartment);

- Shared entrance and staircase (18 steps) to the first floor, where the two studio apartments are based.
