"Overall it was a good stay. The property is a little run down but not to bad. You can tell its old. But for the price its worth it. Staff was great. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable. Lots to choose from. Bed was comfortable but pillows suck. "

"The rooms were basically one bedroom apartments, and accommodated pets (for an additional fee), both of which was great! Front desk staff left much to be desired. Check in was OK, but could have been friendly. When I went to report issues in my room and in my mom’s room they seemed less than helpful. "We stayed two nights, the day between, housekeeping didn't touch the room. Room had a SINGLE trashcan that the three of us (me, and two other people) filled over the course of a day and a half. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, bed sheets had weird stains on them and were not completely dry when put on the bed, when we arrived at about 1030pm and climbed in bed, you could tell the sheets were still semi wet, which wasn't the end of the world because we were exhausted after...

"The hotel was beautiful and room was clean. Hot tub was very dirty with heavy foam and the foam had brown matter. I look forward to using hot tubs and this was a scary experience."

"The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on."
