Right across from the beach!

Garner's Getaway is a beautifully designed modern home with amazing panoramic views of Cape Lookout, Netarts Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. This comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has so much to offer its guests. The open living/dining/kitchen area is the perfect place to gather with friends and family while enjoying the breathtaking views out of the numerous picture windows. You can curl up with a good book and a glass of wine on the cozy seat by the windows overlooking the bay and ocean, or stretch out on the plush sofas, with cable TV and DVD player, and opt for a relaxing movie night instead! Take advantage of all that Netarts and the Three Capes Loop has to offer! You can go hiking, kayaking, clamming, crabbing, fishing, biking, golf, and of course there's always just relaxing! It is only a 1.5 mile beautiful stroll to Oceanside where you can get a cup of coffee or enjoy a nice lunch. Garner's Getaway is just steps from the beach for all your sand castle building and kite flying needs.

** Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come! There is a $65 pet fee to cover the additional cleaning required after your departure.
** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

This is a beautiful property is a really special area. There is a whole street of rental properties, so you can string together several for a larger gathering. The beach is sandy and walkable for about 2 miles. The way the house is laid out is perfect to take advantage of the ocean view. Be aware that the living area is on the third floor. If stairs are an issue for you, this might not be the place for you. The owner/manager was responsive to a couple of issues we had. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

This home is perfect in nearly every aspect. The location was just as idyllic as pictured. It’s beautiful and quiet. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Sarah, the property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Huge windows with a great sunny view!

Property is located right across the street from beach which includes great access for clamming, walking the beach, running the dogs, kayaking and building a bonfire. The street is a dead-end and majority of the homes appeared to be other rentals. One surprise for us was that there are two flights of stairs on this property and no bathroom on the main level - which meant a lot of up and down. Great if you are up for the glute work out and increased heartrate but might not be the best option for older adults, older dogs, small kiddos or people with mobility issues. Property manager Sarah was great - she was easy to reach and very responsible to our one request during our stay. Would recommend and would return if ever in Netarts again.

Love ocean view

Loved Our Stay

The house was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. This house has a great vantage point, and we had plenty of comfy chairs to look at the changing weather. Also, it was a very short walk to the beach.. We’ve stayed in a lot of places on the Oregon coast and this is one of our very favorites. We hope to come back.

Happy Camp

Great location to the coast beaches. This house is on the the bay where it meets the ocean. Lots of fishing, calming and crabbing on the beach and by boat at all hours of the night. Always something to watch while sitting on the deck. A house is being build across the street which will impact the view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want. The mattresses need to be changed out. Lots of steps without a bathroom on the upper level where the living space is. All of this did not make our stay less enjoyable. We had a great time.

Perfect, happy getaway!

Everything was great! Perfect spot to watch the waves, enjoy the sunsets and paddle the bay! Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfy. Only complaint is that the master bedroom/bath was super dark and a bit musty. Other two bedrooms had views of the bay and sun coming in. Clean place and rental company is top notch with clear communication (+kindness too)!

Fun location

Property needs some tlc the sinks would drain seemed clogged the slider screens need replaced and the stove fan didn’t work and there were birds living in it the small inconveniences didn’t make our stay bad at all just needs some little things to be perfect we will come stay again it was very peaceful and nice
