Brand new condo 2019 with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms condo, with a large porch facing the pacific Ocean , Inviting living room with comfortable couch Large dinning room for 6 people , with outdoor furniture the welcomed you to spend the sunrise and the sunset .
Condo located less than 5 minutes drive from all tourist area , however far enough for you to spend a quiet and restful day and night .
Place surrounded by Restaurants , Art galleries , and Mexican Artesanias , that will enhance your Mexican experience .
We are located less than 15 minutes from Puerto Nuevo were you can find the best Lobster In Mexico, and we are less than 5 minutes from Popontla port were you can find fresh fish and sea food .
We are less than 40 minutes from Ensenada and The Guadalupe Valle were you can find vineyards and gourmet restaurants etc .
Be aware that we still have some construction and you may need to endure some noise related to , however our condo is a 100 % done .
You will be able to park one car in a secured garage and they will get your information for safety regulations .
If you have one of more cars you can park outside at your own risk .
You cannot have any visitors In premises .
Club house and gym are not permitted to renters .
ONLY ONE PARKING SLOT FOR RESERVATION.

Wonderful ocean views home

The ocean view from the balcony was amazing except strong afternoon sun. Security team was polite and helpful. The unit was clean but the smell was not good. We open all windows and turn on all ceiling fans first few hours. Their private beach was nice and quiet.

Great stay

Great time at this rental. It’s simple but clean. No complaints. The coffee maker is a Keurig which isn’t specified. Also you may want to bring extra soap for the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We felt very safe, there was security all over the place, underground parking, and friendly staff. When we had small issues they were taken care of immediately. Communication could take a little bit because it was mostly done through text however all was taken care of. We would def stay here again!!

Visiting Friends

The property was clean and nice and have no issue with that. We went to Rosarito Beach Mexico to see a friend who had come from England to see his friends. We were two couples along with another 5 people in two different condos. My problem started with the lack of consideration of the owner to allow one of my friends who had come from Orange County CA to visit us and the rest of my friends for a couple of hours was denied. I plead to the security guard and owner to give him a chance to go to the restroom before he pees in his pants. We were told there is no guest or visitation allowed. After 15 minutes of talking to the guard, he allowed my friend to come to our condo and had to leave in one hour. The online for the property says a maximum of 6 people and we were only 4. Online statement: Max guests: 6 (sleeps up to 6 adults). If I knew about this policy, I would not have gotten the condo.

Great place with a great view

Place was clean and secure with great views. Only thing was the line of communication. With it only through the app it did take a bit longer for a response. Overall great stay and would definitely book again.

The experience with Cristina was outstanding fro the communications to the place. The property is new and beautiful + the host makes it a lot better ,with welcome baskets and family games in the property,. It’s like being a home with all the new amenities, like INTERNET, cable. The owner overbooked and did not return our call.

The owner would not return our call. The place was Not ready. The owner had the site security tell us that it was canceled. We drove from Palm Springs. Missed our dinner reservations in Valle and had us wait over 2 hours throughout the process.
