Oleandro is a charming apartment with a LAKE VIEW. Situated in a prime and strategic location for experiencing Tignale, Oleandro is just a few minutes from restaurants and bars and offers easy access to all the most famous tourist attractions—places rich in history and surrounded by nature.

Located in a residence, the apartment offers an enchanting view of the lake, providing a sight that captures the soul.

It features an entryway that opens directly into the living area, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa for relaxing, along with a table and chairs for four guests, all in a simply yet tastefully furnished space.
Two French doors lead to the terrace, which is also furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs where you can admire the splendid view of the lake and the mountains.
On one side is the open kitchen overlooking the living room, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining, such as dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc... (NO FOOD OR SEASONINGS) and equipped with the following appliances:
oven, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and small freezer, electric kettle, and American-style coffee maker.

The master bedroom, with a double bed, nightstands, and a closet, overlooking the greenery at the back of the house, and the small twin bedroom with a single bed plus an additional fold-out bed and a closet.

The bathroom, featuring a shower, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.

Here, time seems to slow down, while the lake tells its stories through the reflection in its crystal-clear waters and the mountains whisper ancient legends, creating the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a peaceful stay.

The property features a garage for one car and an additional outdoor parking space.
